1. Please contact us by phone or email to ensure we are available to provide balloon decor on the date of your event. During busy periods we are often booked up well in advance, so even if you are still undecided as to the exact designs you would like, please call or email to check on our availability and avoid disappointment -
2. In order to secure our availability we require a £30.00 non refundable booking fee. This is of course redeemable against the rest of your booking.
3. Please then have a look through our website to decide on the designs you would like.
We are of course at the end of a phone or email if you have any questions, or need any help or advice.
Please then call or email us to place your order. At this time we will discuss balloon colours and prints with you, and advise you of all the options available to ensure your balloon decor is exactly as you would like it.
Alternatively, you can take advantage of one of our Free, No Obligation consultations. We will meet up with you, (usually at the venue) to discuss your requirements, and to show you our extensive portfolio. During this time we can assess the venue, and make suggestions about the best ways to decorate the space.
4. We require payment of the balance outstanding on your order (less your booking fee) approximately two weeks before the event. At around this time we will also be in touch with you or the venue to arrange access arrangements to the venue.
5. That's it!!!
At the agreed time we will be at the venue to set up the balloon decor. Only the best quality latex and foil balloons are used in our work. We always ensure that each balloon is inflated, and sized correctly to provide not only a professional finish, but the longest possible float time.
We always ensure that the ribbons and weights used co-ordinate perfectly with the balloons, and that table centerpieces never block the sight lines of guests.
