Option 1  - £14.99

This is the price the balloon of your choice it will be delivered in a gift box tied with a bow and ribbons. The balloon will be placed on top of tissue paper sprinkled with foil confetti and party poppers.  Ribbon will be attached to the balloon along with your personal hand written message on a gift card and a small decorative balloon weight so that it can't fly away once the box is opened and the balloon pops out.
